This is an EA role supporting senior Directors in London and Europe depending on when there is an interim need for cover and support. The Global EA team consists of 40 employees situated between London, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America. EAs work together supporting senior Directors across the business and onboard new joiners. Everyone is capable, experienced and has a strong connection to the company, within the EA team and the business areas they support. There is a collaborative and hardworking quality output ethic in the team. Core responsibilities of the role are diary, travel, expenses and business support. EAs co‑coordinate with an external travel company to organise travel.
You will work in a hybrid model which includes 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home.
