We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team in managing day-to-day business operations. This is a key role within a fast-paced financial technology environment, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of administrative and compliance-related responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be confident handling sensitive information, managing correspondence, and coordinating between departments, partners, and external stakeholders. Training and mentorship will be provided, including full GDPR and compliance training from our legal and compliance teams.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s inbox, flagging priority emails and drafting professional responses.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality in all communications and records.
Operational Assistance
- Support general business operations, including document organization, vendor communication, and internal coordination.
- Assist with onboarding processes, document filing, and company records management.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and travel as required.
Compliance & GDPR
- Take ownership of GDPR data management processes once trained.
- Work closely with the Head of Compliance and external legal counsel to ensure data handling and documentation meet regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of data processing activities and assist in periodic reviews or audits.
Project Coordination
- Support the execution of business initiatives and help track deliverables.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather updates and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and operational summaries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Support role (start-up or fintech experience a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable managing confidential or sensitive business matters.
- Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously.
- Interest in compliance, privacy, or fintech operations (training provided).
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services, technology, or professional services.
- Familiarity with GDPR or other data protection frameworks.
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives.
