Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative and partner-related tasks, including:
- Complex calendar management for up to 3 Partners, coordinating meetings, and optimizing time efficiency.
- Organizing international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas) and recommending the best travel plans.
- Ensuring timely submission of timesheets and expenses while meeting deadlines.
- Managing email inboxes for partners, responding to routine messages, and organizing meeting requests.
- Assisting with HR-related tasks such as scheduling performance reviews and mentorship sessions.
- Support for sector and case teams, including: Handling new case initiation processes like case codes, NDAs, and LOEs; Organizing case team meetings and supporting various case administrative tasks; Managing transactional documents like reliance and non-reliance letters; Coordinating necessary documents for meetings and initiating case completion procedures.
- Salesforce CRM system management: Maintaining and updating contact information through data cleansing and adding new contacts; Producing reports and tracking client development meetings.
- Assisting Client Development for Partner: Identifying opportunities for new client meetings and ensuring consistent CD activity; Logging partner meeting notes in CRM and managing key relationship contacts.
