We are looking for an Execution Product Development Lead to join the Derivatives Clearing Services (DCS) Product Development team. In this role, you will act as a Product Owner, driving the delivery of ETD Execution product upgrades, regulatory controls, and functional releases on strategic platforms, supporting business growth and revenue development.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives – Listed Futures & Options) business and operational process experience in an investment bank
- Knowledge of ETD execution and algo trading from a sell-side environment
- Experience with industry-standard ETD IT systems (e.g., TT, UL)
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of the trade lifecycle for ETD products

,[Partner with regional and global business strategy and product development leads to define ETD execution offerings and operating models, Collaborate with front-to-back process owners to ensure delivery plans for processes and services under the business plan, Drive IT development schedules to align functional requirements into workable solutions, Document, track, and report on upgrades, regulatory changes, algo implementations, and product launches, Design operating models for each functional and product release, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles, Ensure processes are documented to meet regulatory compliance requirements, Coordinate with stakeholders to agree on specifications, timing, and delivery of cross-functional services, Ensure appropriate operating controls are in place prior to go-live, Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
