We’re looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our team in Poland. You’ll play a key role in leading and supporting projects, especially on Polish market (Polish‑speaking), as well as across Europe. We offer flexible hybrid work options, so you can balance working from home with time in one of our offices in Warsaw.
If you’re motivated by project management, data, and people — and curious about how organizations work and how they can make employee experience a priority — this is a fantastic opportunity for you. You’ll join a welcoming, friendly, international team and quickly become part of Mercer’s broader Transformation Team.
