We’re looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our team in Poland. You’ll play a key role in leading and supporting projects, especially on Polish market (Polish‑speaking), as well as across Europe. We offer flexible hybrid work options, so you can balance working from home with time in one of our offices in Warsaw.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the planning and delivery of client projects, whether they’re standalone or part of bigger programs;
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on project goals, risks, and timelines for both internal teams and clients;
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet and exceed client expectations;
  • Managing multiple projects in parallel, keeping an eye on quality and deadlines;
  • Spotting potential risks early and finding solutions to keep projects on track;
  • Helping improve project processes for better efficiency and risk management;
  • Clearly communicating project needs, deadlines, and technical details along with best practice relevant for each client;
  • Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure success;
  • Managing project budgets responsibly and ensuring financial accountability;
  • Making sure all work follows company policies and industry standards.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in HR or consulting;
  • A relevant university degree (Business, Economics, Psychology, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Fluent Polish speaker with fluent English (Polish will be your main working language). Additional European language skill are a bonus.
