What You’ll Do

This position reports to the EMEA event team leader and provides support across all event‑related activities. You will be responsible for managing events and projects assigned by the team leader, ensuring events are delivered on time and to budget. Tasks include planning and organizing events, marketing them effectively, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and conducting post‑event evaluations. The role is primarily hands‑on and often involves working as part of a team to exceed audience expectations.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of proven experience delivering events.
  • Experience in planning and executing conferences and corporate events, with strong knowledge of logistics, venue selection, contract negotiation, and on‑site management.
  • Organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
  • Leadership skills to direct teams and coordinate vendors.
  • Communication skills to convey information clearly to clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Quick problem‑solving skills to resolve unexpected challenges during planning and execution.
  • Patience to manage last‑minute changes and stressful situations without losing composure.
  • Resilience and agility.
  • Stakeholder engagement: strong capacity to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including sponsors, suppliers, speakers, and delegates.
  • Nice to have: Certified event manager.
