ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of event coordinators in organizing and executing a wide range of global events, including conferences, webinars, hybrid meetings
  • Oversee the full event lifecycle-from concept development and logistics to post-event evaluation-ensuring consistency and excellence across all markets.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across different geographies to align event strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple regions
  • Work closely with venues, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Handle event communications, invitations, and follow-up processes with care and attention to detail




WYMAGANIA:

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in corporate event management, ideally with a global scope
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with hybrid and virtual event platforms
  • Fluent English
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering world-class experiences
