The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to join its team.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze competitor events as well as relevant international events (summits, conferences, webinars, exhibitions) attended by the target audience, in accordance with the companys marketing goals.
- Prepare the companys participation in business events, negotiate with organizers, contractors, speakers, and partners.
- Interact with internal clients - company representatives participating in events: identify their expectations, needs, and prepare them for the event.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for copywriting, design, lead generation, social media, and customer support.
- Coordinate the advertising, informational, and technical aspects of the event.
- Collect data for analyzing the effectiveness of events and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, Management, or Event Planning.
- Experience in Event Management for 2+ years.
- Excellent intercultural communication skills and proficiency in verbal and written negotiations.
- Knowledge of current trends and tools in event marketing.
- Level of English – Pre-Intermediate and above.
