The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to join its team.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor and analyze competitor events as well as relevant international events (summits, conferences, webinars, exhibitions) attended by the target audience, in accordance with the companys marketing goals.
2. Prepare the companys participation in business events, negotiate with organizers, contractors, speakers, and partners.
3. Interact with internal clients - company representatives participating in events: identify their expectations, needs, and prepare them for the event.
4. Collaborate with teams responsible for copywriting, design, lead generation, social media, and customer support.
5. Coordinate the advertising, informational, and technical aspects of the event.
6. Collect data for analyzing the effectiveness of events and preparing reports.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, Management, or Event Planning.
2. Experience in Event Management for 2+ years.
3. Excellent intercultural communication skills and proficiency in verbal and written negotiations.
4. Knowledge of current trends and tools in event marketing.
5. Level of English – Pre-Intermediate and above.
