We’re looking for an experienced Event Marketing Manager to lead our event presence across several European markets. If you love the energy of live events, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy bringing creative ideas to life, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing our event presence – from selecting the right conferences and networking events to organizing activations that make a lasting impact.
• Owning event logistics – managing booth setup, speaker slots, sponsorships, team coordination, travel, and budgets.
• Measuring event success – tracking leads, engagement, and ROI to continuously improve our event strategy.
• Making sure that the event lives online – creating buzz before, during, and after events through social media, email campaigns, and recap content on our blog.
• Bringing fresh ideas – proposing innovative experiences that go beyond the standard booth setup.
• Handling surprises – staying cool, troubleshooting quickly, and ensuring smooth execution.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in event marketing or event management – you’ve successfully planned and executed events before.
• A problem solver who thrives on new challenges – adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.
• An organized multitasker – capable of managing multiple events at different planning stages.
• Strong communication and networking skills – engaging with partners, attendees, vendors, and internal teams.
• Fluency in English and Polish – other European languages are a plus!
• A proactive and creative mindset – you bring new ideas to the table.

Nice to have

• Experience in the crypto or fintech industry – familiarity is helpful, and you can learn along the way.
• A passion for education and making complex topics simple – events play a key role in demystifying crypto.
• Familiarity with social media and content marketing – events live online as well as in person.
