ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of event coordinators in organizing and executing a wide range of global events, including conferences, webinars, hybrid meetings
- Oversee the full event lifecycle-from concept development and logistics to post-event evaluation-ensuring consistency and excellence across all markets.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across different geographies to align event strategies with business objectives.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple regions
- Work closely with venues, suppliers, and internal teams
- Handle event communications, invitations, and follow-up processes with care and attention to detail
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in corporate event management, ideally with a global scope
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with hybrid and virtual event platforms
- Fluent English
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering world-class experiences
