Lead a team of event coordinators in organizing and executing a wide range of global events, including conferences, webinars, hybrid meetings
Oversee the full event lifecycle-from concept development and logistics to post-event evaluation-ensuring consistency and excellence across all markets.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across different geographies to align event strategies with business objectives.
Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple regions
Work closely with venues, suppliers, and internal teams
Handle event communications, invitations, and follow-up processes with care and attention to detail
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
Min. 5 years of experience in corporate event management, ideally with a global scope
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with hybrid and virtual event platforms
Fluent English
