HRK Technical Sales and Service represents a manufacturing and trading company who is seeking for Revenue European Distribution Manager to lead and expand business operations across Europe within the industrial automation sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, managing, and supporting distribution networks and driving market growth on a regional scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and develop distribution partners across Europe.
- Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy for the European region.
- Identify and address gaps or deficiencies in market coverage.
- Conduct regular distributor performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Gather and communicate market insights and trends to senior leadership.
- Design and implement incentive programs to drive regional growth.
- Negotiate and manage distributor agreements and contracts.
- Lead and coordinate marketing activities tailored to the European market.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage distributor activities and reporting.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and sales growth.
- Prepare for potential progression into a broader European sales leadership role.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation sales or distribution.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing distribution networks across Europe - MUST.
- Proven experience working with U.S.-based or multinational organizations – will be an asset.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation products, systems, and markets.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% across Europe.
- Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
