Responsible for the system O&M of customer service applications, AICC queuing routing, and SBC voice gateway.
Be responsible for version deployment, release, upgrade, and change of the European platform, routine system monitoring and inspection, and event handling.
Be responsible for network and information security, vulnerability and patch fixing, and security incident response of the European platform.
Be responsible for platform assurance and disaster recovery drills for major business activities of the European call center.
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree or above.
English, fluent in writing and speaking. Fluency in Chinese would be considered as an additional advantage.
Be familiar with development frameworks such as Jalor and Spring Boot, and be familiar with the development and O&M of databases such as MySQL and PG.
Be familiar with the Linux operating system and be able to install, configure, and troubleshoot the Linux operating system.
Have a basic command of voice communication protocols such as SIP, RTP, and RTCP, and voice codec technologies such as G.711 and G.729.
Have at least two years of O&M experience in related IT systems.
Have a basic command of IT O&M processes.
Understand and have experience in SaaS platform O&M. Experience in software platform, AICC, and SBC platform construction and O&M is preferred.
Have strong work promotion, organization and coordination capabilities, and communicate well.
