Strategic Delivery: Develop and execute regional benefits strategies aligned with global priorities.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Reward, People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors. Influence senior leadership and ensure alignment across functions.
Operations & Compliance: Own all operational processes for benefits delivery, including payroll deductions, enrolments, vendor integrations, and invoice processing. Maintain audit‑ready documentation and compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
Employee Experience: Simplify complex benefits information, leverage digital tools, and champion wellbeing and diversity‑focused initiatives.
Data & Insights: Analyze program utilization, ROI, and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
