Effective English is a language school for children and teenagers, created out of a need to teach in a different way from the traditional school system.

WHAT THIS JOB IS

• You will teach children using a speaking-first method.
• No coursebooks.
• No sitting behind a desk.
• No passive lessons.
• Students:
• speak most of the lesson
• use full sentences
• learn through interaction and real communication 

YOUR ROLE

You:

• manage your classroom independently
  
  keep students engaged and active
  
  deliver structured, dynamic lessons
  
  take responsibility for student progress
