Who we are looking for: Deloittes Sustainability & Climate team is seeking a Manager in Warsaw to support its growth in Poland and Central Europe. We are looking for an individual with specific qualifications and personal attributes:

1. At least 5 years of experience in projects in the field of: sustainability reporting, verification of non-financial data as a part of company activities (as ESG specialist / Investor Relation department, controlling, financial reporting etc.) or as an external consultant.
2. Knowledge of the current reporting regulations (CSRD and ESRS is a must , Taxonomy knowledge will be an asset).
3. Experience in project leading.
4. Experience in running workshops and processes aimed at creating new solutions in the field of sustainable development, using design thinking methodologies, etc.
5. Ability to cooperate in a team, in projects for private and public clients, also in an international context.
6. Project management certificates will be an asset.

Your future role: As a Manager in our team, you will provide high-quality and independent advice on complex ESG challenges faced by our clients. Some of your responsibilities will include, among others, the following:

1. Conducting and/or participating in projects regarding sustainability reporting and double materiality processes for companies in Poland and the Central European region (in Polish and English);
2. Implementation of digital reporting tools.
3. Managing ongoing projects, including customer relationships.
4. Supporting sales, educational and business development activities.
5. Analysis of activities in the field of ESG and design of strategic activities/flagship programs in the field of responsible business and sustainable development.
