Our Client, an international company with an SSC/GBS structure in Poland, is now looking for an ESG Reporting Analyst to join their Team!

The position will be centred on ESG reporting for EMEA entities.

Client Details

Our Client is a company operating globally, famous for their sustainable approach to business and high-quality products. Their SSC/GBS structure started forming around 3 years ago and is still growing in new functions and processes.

Description

  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate data required for ESG reporting from subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with the established procedures.
  • Support the preparation of sustainability reporting, particularly in compliance with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards).
  • Use and maintain existing tools to process and consolidate ESG data for internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards related to ESG and prepare detailed reports for regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the companys progress toward achieving ESG targets, ensuring transparency with investors, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as project manager under ESG Reporting Manager supervision for the build-up of CSRD reporting according to external compliance requirements.
  • Partner with internal and external leaders, auditors, and consultants to drive forward the CSRD reporting program, coordinating data retrieval and validation with a large number of stakeholders.
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance efforts by supporting the preparation of detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

  • Bachelor or master degree in finance, auditing, accounting or similar.
  • 1-3 years of experience with financial controls or reporting from top-tier consulting, large international corporations with high complexity, or Global Shared Services set-ups.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Documented experience of accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and audit specifications within the financial area.
  • Structured way of working, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to handle and manage multiple tasks without compromising quality or precision.
  • The ability to read, write, and speak fluent corporate English.
  • Solid experience with MS Office and SAP is a requirement.
