Job Description
Were looking for an ERP Technical Specialist to support all relevant streams of the local team for a global premium consumer goods company, including but not limited to MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), FI/CO (Finance & Controlling), and other business functions. This role identifies process improvements and enables process digitisation and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and evaluate differences between global ERP templates and local/regional needs, providing recommendations for adaptation where necessary
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other project stages to ensure successful implementation and operation of ERP solutions
- Ensure compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in all ERP-related activities
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP system operations, acting as a key contact for issue resolution and user support
Profile / Requirements
- Relevant academic background in Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, or related field
- Extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly in supporting MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), FI/CO (Finance & Controlling), and related business functions
- Experience with SAP environments (e.g., SAP EWM, S/4HANA) is highly desirable
- Understanding of compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in ERP operations
- Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and system operations
- Strong knowledge of ERP configuration and customization
- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
