responsibilities :

• Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle from initiation through stabilization.
• Define and manage the project blueprint, scope, and delivery plan.
• Create and track project schedules, milestones, and progress.
• Drive requirements gathering and process analysis across key business areas.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing, data migration, go‑live, and post‑go‑live phases.
• Define integration needs with surrounding systems.
• Manage collaboration with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Support change management, communication, and training for users.

• 5 - 7+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Hands‑on experience delivering ERP programs in multi‑site or international environments.
• Experience working with external implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of business processes in at least two areas: Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Operations.
• Excellent planning, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, ERP‑related certifications.
