In Group Digital, we aspire to be a trusted partner in leveraging technology to enable our company strategy. Our ERP Implementation team consists of 14 team members and works on D365F&O system . Now we are looking for an ERP Project Manager to lead various projects related to the implementation of ERP solutions within the scope.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end program management – project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations related to ERP solutions
  • Facilitating and improving key service processes and ensuring correct metrics and KPIs are in place
  • Driving periodic project reviews and mitigating risks with due diligence and a data-driven approach
  • Setting deadlines, escalating project issues, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure project completion according to agreed timelines
  • Contributing to the delivery of all aspects of the project and services: controlling and reporting on project activities, systems, and information security
  • Reporting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may impact service quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related area
  • Experience working with D365F&O is a must
  • 5+ years of experience working as an ERP implementation project manager
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with business processes
  • Knowledge or exposure to cloud infrastructure and migration, and integration with various software solutions
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps, Office 365, SharePoint, Visio, LCS
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Dynamics
  • Fluent in English - spoken and written

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate constructively and precisely with others at all levels of the institution, including senior management
  • Ability to be positive in ever-changing and demanding circumstances, towards people & responsibilities
  • Ability to contribute actively to joint results even in matters that are not of immediate personal interest
