As an ERP Application Support Manager, you will be the first point of contact for ERP-related support in our Poland office. You’ll handle 1st and 2nd-level support, contribute to documentation and training, and collaborate with both local and international teams to ensure smooth ERP operations. This role bridges technical understanding with business process insight, making it ideal for someone eager to grow in a dynamic, multinational environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.;
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role;
- Excellent proficiency in English (verbal and written);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (IFS, SAP, or similar);
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a multicultural, tech-driven environment;
- Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance.;
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow);
- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint);
- Exposure to training or onboarding processes.
