Purpose of the position: To ensure the smooth operation and development of the TETA ERP system. The person will act as a liaison between the business, vendor and IT department, supporting and implementing functional changes to the system
Technical Administration:- Installation, configuration and upgrade of ERP software, application servers and software infrastructure. Verification of hardware and software requirements.- Database management: performance monitoring, query optimization, data backup and recovery, user and privilege management.- Ensuring system security: implementation and monitoring of security mechanisms, password and privilege management, protection against cyber threats, security audits.- Monitoring and maintenance: performance monitoring, problem identification and resolution, system log management, maintenance planning and execution.- Systems integration: integration of the ERP system with other systems (CRM, warehouse systems, e-commerce) through APIs, web services, etc.- Managing the software infrastructure necessary for the operation of the ERP system.
Functional Administration: - User and role management: create, modify and delete accounts, assign permissions.- Configuration of ERP modules: customization of modules to meet the specific needs of the company (e.g. financial, warehouse, HR and payroll).- Data management: ensuring data integrity and consistency, validation, data cleaning and archiving.- Implementing new features: working with the software vendor to implement updates and new features.- Report and analysis creation: generating reports and analysis for user needs.- Process optimization: analyze business processes and optimize their performance based on ERP system capabilities.
User Support and Project Management: - Technical support: providing user support, troubleshooting.- User training: conducting training, creating user documentation.- Requirements gathering: Collecting requirements from users for functionality and enhancements.- Development needs analysis: identifying and analyzing business needs for system functionality.- Working with software vendors (agreeing on scope of work, functionality, negotiating contracts, resolving incidents).- Coordination of changes: coordination and supervision of the implementation of changes to the system.- Parameterization: configuring and adjusting system parameters.- Building internal know-how: reducing costs by developing internal knowledge and skills.- Managing functionalities and data exchange interfaces across companies and locations.
Creation of Documentation: - Documentation of tests conducted.- Documentation of implemented changes.- Operating procedures of managed applications.
Profile- Experience in the implementation of IT systems in a project model (classic model - waterfall or agile methodologies) in the role of project manager or key user (full responsibility for coordination and implementation of assigned tasks)- High analytical skills, experience in the area of business or business-system analysis (business process modeling, requirements analysis, identification and specification of functional and non-functional requirements)- Experience and skills in test organization and coordination- Expertise in the operation, configuration and parameterization of managed applications- Familiarity with Windows Server operating system, including use and configuration of remote desktop (RDP)- Skills in creating scripts to automate tasks (PowerShell, Python, Bash)- Knowledge of databases (especially Oracle) - skills in building SQL queries and basic knowledge of database configuration, access and management (e.g. managing tablespaces, dblink interfaces, etc.).- Knowledge of WWW technology, including integration issues (Web Services) and security (SSL, TLS)- Basic knowledge of computer networks- Experience in working with IT solution providers - business applications (agreeing on the scope of work, functionality, negotiating contracts, resolving incidents, failures, problems)- Knowledge in the area of IT service management, according to ITIL practices
