Job Summary

As an Equipment Engineer Specialist, you will troubleshoot complex issues, perform maintenance, restore machine conditions, and improve performance on Tetra Pak filling machines.

You will also support installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment. You’ll represent Tetra Pak as an ambassador, ensuring top-quality service and safety standards at customer sites. The role is based in Eastern Europe (Warsaw, Zagreb, Bucharest, Prague, Bratislava) and requires frequent travel (150–200 days/year), mainly across Europe.

What You Will Do

  • Resolve escalated technical issues via remote and on‑site support, ensuring root causes are addressed
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system problems, coach colleagues, and share best practices
  • Stay updated on technical documentation, bulletins, and compliance requirements
  • Build technical competence through training, mentoring, and global knowledge sharing
  • Support equipment installation projects and performance audits
  • Drive performance improvements and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation according to established processes

We Believe You Have

  • Strong English skills (other languages are a plus)
  • Technical background; engineering degree preferred
  • Solid knowledge in electrical, mechanical, automation, and programming
  • For internal candidates: minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Delivery Engineer on Tetra Pak platforms (A3/Speed or E3/Speed preferred)
  • Self‑motivated, decisive, and able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel extensively and interact with diverse cultures (driver’s license required)
