About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced project/program leader to own the end‑to‑end delivery of Epics for the Orchestration squad in Euroclear’s AIR (Analytical Insight & Reporting) Tribe. You’ll ensure disciplined delivery governance (scope, budget, risk, compliance), drive cross‑tribe coordination, and lead process transformation to streamline how we plan, prioritize, and ship value. You’ll be deeply connected across IT, Business, Sales, Operations, and Product, turning strategy into predictable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Epic delivery, end‑to‑end. Set up Epic governance, coordinate squads and tribes, manage risks, and report progress through dashboards and steerco routines. (Grounded in Euroclear’s EDO role definition)
  • Run quarterly rhythms. Prepare and participate in QBR & QP processes; align capacity, funding, and priorities with portfolio/Investment Theme Committees.
  • Synchronize work across domains. Orchestrate features with (T)POs across squads; manage external dependencies (ESA/platform changes, suppliers) in time with the right information.
  • Streamline processes. Diagnose bottlenecks; design and roll out simpler, system‑first workflows (intake → delivery → release), uplifting cadence, RACI, and playbooks.
  • Unify reporting & controls. Maintain Predictability Status Reports and Epic dashboards; ensure SDLC/IT controls compliance and audit readiness.
  • Partner across AIR clusters. Work transversally with Funds, Settlements, Collateral & Banking, Asset Servicing/Reference Data, Platform and ESA streams to land outcomes.
  • Champion change. Lead transformation initiatives that simplify delivery, reduce manual effort, and introduce automation/AI‑assisted orchestration where it matters.

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep PM/PMO & Program Management experience (8–12+ years) in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments; proven Epic/initiative delivery across tech + business.
  • Agile orchestration fluency (working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, cross‑tribe dependencies) and comfort with quarterly planning cycles.
  • Process transformation mindset: capability to map E2E flows, simplify governance, and design lean cadences, RACI, and playbooks.
  • Data & reporting literacy: hands‑on with portfolio/epic dashboards, risks/issues logs, and predictability reporting (PSR).
  • Tooling: familiarity with Azure DevOps/TFS, ServiceNow, and release/change processes; comfort with enterprise controls/compliance.
  • Stakeholder leadership: clear communicator who builds trust across IT, Business, Sales, Operations, and Product, managing expectations and decisions at pace.
  • Detail‑oriented & accountable: drives clarity, follows through, and makes good decisions under shifting priorities.

  • Predictable delivery of Epic features to production, on plan and within agreed scope/cost.
  • Transparent governance and reporting (dashboards, PSRs), with timely escalation/impediment removal.
  • Leaner, clearer ways of working adopted across Orchestration & partner squads (playbooks, cadences, RACI).
  • Measurable improvements in cross‑tribe coordination and stakeholder satisfaction.
