Lead end‑to‑end Epic delivery while acting as a hands‑on Project Manager and Business Data Analyst for the Orchestration squad in the AIR (Analytical Insight & Reporting) Tribe. You’ll combine tight delivery management with data skills (SQL/DAX/Power BI/Python) to turn business needs into measurable product outcomes and help us transition from project management to product management.
responsibilities :
Own Epic delivery: governance, scope/budget/risk, cross‑tribe coordination, dashboards/PSR, SDLC/IT controls.
Business data analysis: capture requirements, map data flows, write SQL (mandatory), design DAX measures, build Power BI reports; automate checks with Python (medium proficiency).
Delivery reporting: maintain dashboards and predictability status (PSR); integrate with ServiceNow/Azure DevOps.
Stakeholder engagement: work daily with IT, Business, Operations, Sales, Product to clarify priorities and land outcomes.
Ways of Working: streamline intake→delivery→release, define lean cadences/RACI/playbooks; champion the shift to product.

Data stack: SQL — mandatory (data modelling, optimization, QA). DAX + Power BI — solid experience building robust, maintainable models/reports. Python — medium (ETL scripts, data validation, automation).
Tooling: Azure DevOps/TFS, ServiceNow, release/change processes; confident with audit/compliance.
Business analysis: requirements, UAT support, data glossary/catalog contribution.
Communication & leadership: crisp status, risk and dependency management; ability to influence across tribes and vendors.
