TrustHR is supporting an international manufacturing group in strengthening their environmental strategy. This position reports directly to Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement environmental procedures and instructions
• Identify environmental risks and develop action plans
• Oversee waste management processes, including hazardous waste
• Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes
• Train employees on environmental compliance and best practices
• Prepare legal reports, statements, and environmental documentation
• Secure required environmental permits and certifications
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company-wide compliance
• Collaborate with authorities during inspections and implement recommendations
• Lead initiatives to resolve environmental non-conformities and improve sustainability

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing environment
• High independence and problem-solving approach
• Developed business collaboration skills
• Good command of English and Polish
• Experience with relevant ISO systems
