Your Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and SHEIN’s internal EHS policies.
• Participate in designing and implementing workplace safety standards to enhance operational security.
• Conduct quarterly and annual accident analysis , identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and effectively communicate EHS updates to management.
• Oversee machine and equipment inspections , ensuring non-compliance issues are addressed by project teams.
• Collaborate on occupational risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Proactively drive awareness and engagement in workplace safety and environmental protection initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture by introducing innovative EHS solutions and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety (BHP/EHS roles).
• Strong knowledge of current safety regulations and workplace safety standards .
• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) – ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
