The EHS Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations related to environmental protection, employee health, and workplace safety.

A Day in the Life

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and fire protection regulations.
• Maintain documentation and submit required reports to authorities.
• Manage waste and water-related processes, including permits and legal records.
• Conduct EHS training, audits, and accident investigations.
• Monitor workplace safety and environmental standards, and implement corrective actions.
• Cooperate with internal departments, external institutions, and inspection bodies.
• Support ISO audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safety culture and employee awareness.
• Deputize for the EHS Coordinator when needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

You Bring This Value

• Higher education in occupational health and safety, environmental protection, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Authorization to perform the functions of the occupational health and safety service in accordance with the regulation on the occupational health and safety service.
• Solid knowledge of environmental protection and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Languages: Fluent Polish, communicative level of English, both written and spoken.
