For our customer, leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation we are seeking a Entra Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Windows Entra ID, specifically in SSO, MFA, Conditional Access Policies (CAP), and legacy application integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authentication systems, application integration, and enterprise-scale identity management. This role requires a proactive consultant who can provide integration solutions and guide enterprises through identity and access management processes.

• Renumeration: 190 - 215 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B
• Contract length: indefinite time, long term cooperation

Your daily tasks:

• Configuring and managing Microsoft Entra authentication features, including Conditional Access Policies (CAP), dynamic groups, AD Connect, and claims.
• Integrating applications into Windows Entra ID for Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and CAP.
• Implementing and managing Windows Hello for Business.
• Providing consulting expertise and solutions for application migrations and integrations with Entra ID.
• Managing and supporting Enterprise Identity Directory Systems, including Active Directory (AD), ADFS, and other IDM systems.
• Supporting API and microservice development, using technologies like Java/Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Working on LDAP, SAML, and relational databases such as MS SQL and Oracle for authentication and authorization.
• Collaborating on enterprise-scale application implementations and migrations.
• Presenting solutions and delivering technical documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of Microsoft Entra authentication features and experience configuring CAP, dynamic groups, AD Connect, and claims.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP, SAML, and relational databases such as MS SQL or Oracle.
• Proven experience in SSO/MFA and CAP application integrations, along with Windows Hello for Business.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Identity Directory Systems like AD, ADFS, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Experience in API and microservice development using technologies like Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Experience with enterprise-scale application implementations and migrations into Entra ID.
• Experience providing consulting solutions for complex identity management patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to deliver presentations and technical documentation.
