As a Technical Enterprise Architect at PPG, youll join our global Enterprise Architecture team at a pivotal moment in our transformation journey. Working directly with our Senior IT Manager of Enterprise Architecture, youll have the unique opportunity to influence technology decisions that impact operations across 70+ countries. responsibilities :
Shape PPGs technical future by designing cloud-native reference architectures and creating architectural patterns that will guide our global technology initiatives
Support the evolution of our innovative AWS-based EA platform that connects and streamlines our enterprise architecture tools
Build bridges between technology and business by communicating complex architectural concepts to diverse stakeholders
Define and champion technical standards that balance innovation with enterprise stability
Mentor solution architects and provide strategic guidance on mission-critical projects
Drive our cloud transformation initiatives, helping modernize legacy systems and implement cutting-edge solutions
requirements-expected :
Deep expertise in AWS cloud services, particularly Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, VPC, and Bedrock
Strong development background with Python, PostgreSQL, and modern API design
Proven experience with cloud-native architectures, including microservices, containers, and serverless solutions
Experience with enterprise architecture tools (LeanIX experience is a plus)
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
3+ years in technical architecture or similar roles
