  • Become one of the key players who help build the first crowdsourcing-based talent platform in the recruitment market.
  • Achieve predefined B2B sales targets and KPIs within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Identify, attract, and influence potential clients through phone calls, webinars, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Promote Talentuno’s unique selling propositions by representing the company and selling our recruitment and employer branding solutions.
  • Establish and maintain fruitful client relationships through close key account management.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and account management.
  • Manage your accounts effectively to maximize revenue within your client portfolio.
  • Represent the company at relevant meetings and public events occasionally.
  • Attend industry-specific events to expand your network and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate across departments to meet client needs and drive cooperation.
  • Generate new ideas and solutions to grow our brand and sales potential.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm, curiosity, and energy.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in sales/business development with a proven track record of success.
  • Preferably have experience in the recruitment industry.
  • Possess excellent networking and client management skills.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish is required.
  • Familiarity with business software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Apps, Google Drive, and CRM/ERP systems.
