About The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to independently generate business with enterprise clients across the USA and EMEA. This is a senior individual contributor role, focused on building relationships, closing large deals, and scaling revenue. You will work autonomously with full ownership over your pipeline, bringing your network and deep experience in IT consulting and implementation services.
This role is ideal for a “lone wolf” sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, high charisma, and a passion for building relationships with C-level executives.
Our Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in sales or consulting, with a focus on IT services or implementation projects
- Proven track record of independently scaling revenue and closing large enterprise deals
- Deep experience selling consulting or implementation services to enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of sales culture in the USA and EMEA
- Ability to demonstrate and leverage an existing network of C-level contacts in potential client companies
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and passionate about sales (“lone wolf” mentality)
- Exceptional presentation skills and charisma
- Perfect English and readiness for frequent travel
- No desire to manage teams — this is a pure individual contributor role
Scope Of Responsibilities
- Independently generate business and manage your entire sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients across the USA and EMEA
- Identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent Blazity professionally in meetings, conferences, and networking events
- Contribute to the growth of our open-source initiatives where relevant to client engagements

Salary ranges
- Open for negotiation based on experience and proven results
- High commission potential on top of base B2B agreement
