At Solidgate, we are on a mission to revolutionize the payment industry and provide cutting-edge payment solutions that are secure, seamless, and innovative. One of our core products (which will form a separate division within the next few months) is Chargeback & Fraud Prevention. It is comprised of several solutions:

  • Prevent — the technology which transmits purchase data like product information, delivery details, company information, and other key data in real-time
  • Resolve — the ultimate dispute prevention tool for the merchants to obtain alerts about the potential chargebacks and automate dispute resolution without merchants’ interaction

As we expand our footprint in the EU/USA, we are seeking a visionary and tech-driven Sales leader to lead our sales efforts and establish Solidgate as a top chargeback and fraud prevention provider in the country within the next few years. This is a unique opportunity to build a sales function from the ground up and drive the growth of a market-leading tech company with Visa, Mastercard, and many issuing and acquiring banks as its partners.

This job would be a perfect match for a person who has:

  • Strong networks and relationships within the EU/US tech and startup communities
  • Excellent understanding of the payments industry and its trends on the deepest level
  • Experience of working with anti-fraud products on the market
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development/sales, with a proven track record of success in the EU/US market and a deep understanding of its technology landscape

Responsibilities and objectives:

  • Establish Solidgate as one of the top chargeback and fraud prevention providers in the EU/USA within the next few years
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team that is passionate about using fintech and payments technologies to solve real-world problems
  • Develop great relationships with key customers, partners, and peers in the EU/US tech ecosystem to drive growth and market share
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align sales goals and strategies with the companys product pipeline and broader vision for innovation and impact
