Your tasks
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and expand enterprise-level accounts in German- and English-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to clients, providing innovative solutions to meet their business needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Lead complex sales negotiations and structure deals to maximize value for both the client and the organization.
- Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations in both German and English.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members as needed.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record in high-value deal closures.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex sales cycles, particularly in industries like SaaS, technology, etc.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
- Experience in selling to international enterprise clients and navigating cross-border business challenges.
- Excellent spoken and written English and German skills, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Residing in Poland required.
