As Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be a part of the OTC Team supporting the Canadian market. You will be responsible for Dispute Management and supporting the Customer Service process.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Managing national and small format accounts for the Canadian market
- Dispute creation in S4 Hana
- Dispute clearings in S4 Hana
- Attending regular meetings with the client
- Rebate calculation for small format accounts
- Supporting customer service line in French
- Customer Service spa box management and replying to clients’ e-mails

Bachelors Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Readiness to work in Canadian time (14-22 at least twice a week)
- Fluent in English and French
