We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Architect to managing complex integration projects involving mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise platform modernization. This role supports a client in the logistics sector by facilitating the integration of intricate enterprise environments following acquisitions and large-scale platform transformations.
The successful candidate will design both interim and target-state integration architectures that maintain business continuity while enabling long-term consolidation of legacy and newly integrated systems. This position requires expertise in navigating multifaceted integration landscapes, aligning diverse systems and stakeholders, and collaborating closely with Enterprise Architecture teams, integration teams, and senior IT leadership.

Evaluate integration landscapes across legacy systems and newly acquired environments.
Design interim integration architectures to bridge legacy and integrated systems effectively.
Develop a clear and comprehensive target-state architecture blueprint.
Establish phased migration roadmaps complemented by risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure architectural alignment across various domains including public-facing APIs, customer portals, internal APIs, and event-driven integration patterns.
Produce detailed architectural documentation at the enterprise level.
Present and advocate architectural proposals within governance forums.
Support decision-making processes at senior and executive IT leadership levels.
Incorporate scalability, resilience, security, and performance considerations into all architectural designs.
Facilitate smooth architectural transitions and handovers.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise integration architecture.
Proven expertise in IT integration related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A Integration)
Demonstrated experience in designing both interim and target-state enterprise architectures.
Comprehensive knowledge of integration domains including API-led architectures, event-driven systems, and hybrid integration environments.
Experience working with legacy middleware systems.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and complex enterprise environments.
Ability to perform successfully in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
