We are looking for a seasoned technical expert with deep expertise in enterprise hosting and cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Enterprise Hosting to define the vision and strategy for a platform that delivers world-class operational excellence.
You be working with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Customer Experience and Finance,
responsibilities :
Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality.
Perform quality assurance reviews for projects and services.
Resolve critical technical issues and participate in crisis management.
Provide expert support to operational teams.
Drive innovation by staying ahead of technology trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support strategic planning by assessing technical feasibility and impact.
Lead training sessions, workshops, and create clear technical documentation.
Mentor team members and share expertise across the organization.
Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively.
Contribute to long-term organizational success through strategic input.
Application Monitoring: Design monitoring tools, advocate best practices, and assist troubleshooting.
Platform Design: Gather requirements, promote platform capabilities, and advance automation.
Cloud Leadership: Stay current on AWS best practices, manage cost optimization, and provide technical recommendations.
Additional Duties: Participate in FinOps, prioritize business needs, and lead special projects to improve hosting posture.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of computer networks and security.
5+ years managing production environments and driving improvements.
Solid technical background in application development and infrastructure.
AWS certifications are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work with ambiguity and think strategically.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Cloud platforms experience (AWS preferred).
