Join Canonical as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive adoption of Ubuntu and other open‑source products across enterprise customers.

Canonical is a leading provider of open‑source software and operating systems to the global enterprise market. The platform, Ubuntu, is widely used in cloud, data science, AI, engineering, and IoT initiatives.

What your day will look like

  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to products such as Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers and decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering and Support to design engagement plans that meet customer objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in a specific region, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks.
  • Run weekly customer and business reviews with cross‑functional teams to prioritize blockers.
  • Act as internal customer advocate, influencing product roadmaps and documentation.
  • Provide reactive support through ticket requests.
  • Design digital touch‑point campaigns for multiple customers.

What we are looking for in you

  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience related to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration or IoT.
  • Excellent presentation skills for complex software conversations.
  • Experience building and improving internal processes while delivering customer projects on time.
  • Team‑player able to work across all departments and levels.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese and English is highly valued.

Additional skills that you might also bring

  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or other CRMs.
