Enterprise Client Consultant

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional Enterprise Client Leader to understand client dynamics and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate client teams, handle results, and follow up on key client development strategies.
  • Create and manage client team deliverables, such as discovery meetings, business proposals, annual reviews, client planning, and relationship mapping.
  • Review and prioritize data and industry insights from internal and external sources, sharing relevant information with client teams.
  • Coordinate client data and reporting with ECG finance, Growth Operations, and ACIA (Aon Center of Innovation and Analytics). Work with ECG finance team, Growth Operations, and ACIA to manage client data and reporting.
  • Work with client consultants in other regions to define and improve ECG processes, results, and insights.
  • Implement daily tasks and regularly update relevant leaders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner, ensuring precise and prompt communication. Respond to emails promptly and proactively; handle client team and other internal teams’ responses for timeliness/accuracy.
  • Communicate efficiently with internal partners to resolve complex issues or project impacts.
  • Serve as back-up support for other consultants in the region.
  • Identify and resolve escalations or issues, focusing on patterns, trends, and root cause analysis.
  • Support documentation and training maintenance, assisting in the delivery of training.
  • Actively seek additional knowledge of department, tools, and systems.
  • Solicit and accept coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
  • Consistently perform to the best of ability.

Our requirements

  • Passionate self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and deliver assignments on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of related experience, preferably client-focused.
  • Growth-oriented approach with aspirations to develop skills in sales and client relationship management.
  • Problem solver with a knack for creating simple solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and innovate in real time.
  • Ability to independently access, review, and analyze financial statements, commentary, IR releases, etc.
  • Business insight and intellectual curiosity.
  • Project or account management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and relationship skills.
  • Proven responsiveness to colleague and leadership requests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.).

In this role, you will collaborate with the regional Enterprise Client Leader to understand client dynamics and develop new sales opportunities. Additionally, you will support documentation, training, and process improvements while ensuring timely communication and task completion.

This role promotes collaboration across teams in different locations, primarily working closely with the London-based indirect tax team, who will provide knowledge, open communication (with regular contact) and a supportive environment so it won’t take long to feel fully part of the team.
