As Fresenius Digital Technology, we are an integral part of the Fresenius Group, responsible for the IT of the healthcare group and its business segments. We ensure a frictionless interface of IT and business operations so that all employees in production, logistics, and other areas can work efficiently and without interference.
Now we are looking for Enterprise Architecture Governance Consultant to join our IT Governance & ITSM team.
responsibilities :
Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks: Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standards to guide the design, development, and management of enterprise architecture while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Define and Enforce Standards: Create and enforce technical standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, interoperability, and compliance across the organizations technology landscape
Create and Evaluate Architecture Designs: Create and Review architecture designs, assess risks, dependencies, and impacts, and ensure alignment with governance policies and the enterprises target architecture
Monitor Compliance and Mitigate Risks: Oversee adherence to architectural standards, identify and address risks (e.g., security, scalability, and performance)
Collaborate and Facilitate Decision-Making: Work with stakeholders to understand needs, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions about technology investments and priorities, providing recommendations to senior management
Communicate and Educate: Share governance policies and architectural decisions with stakeholders across the Fresenius group (including virtual teams in international contexts), and provide training and guidance to ensure understanding and adherence to governance practices and principles
requirements-expected :
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and broad general IT knowledge
Several years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT governance, or a related field
Hands-on experience in evaluating and approving architecture designs
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Very good communication and presentation skills as well as openness to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
Relevant certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, or cloud architecture certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are desirable
