Architectural Design for Data Privacy Management: The EA would lead the effort in designing a robust enterprise architecture that ensures effective data privacy risk management and compliance.
Improve Cohesion Among Workstreams.
Expert Guidance on Data Privacy Solutions: Given the focus on Data Privacy, the EA must have strong experience in data privacy technologies and best practices.
Facilitate Workshops/Training: The EA would organize workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders, ensuring they understand the best practices in data privacy management and the technologies that support it.
Regular Updates to Stakeholders: Keeping the PMO and stakeholders informed would be a key responsibility.

Scoping and defining business goals and data privacy requirements.
Assessing and defining functional and non-functional requirements and subsequently needed Tech Solution Selection.
Conducting gap analysis or redundancies in data privacy solutions.
Developing a comprehensive enterprise target architecture view that supports the Data Privacy Program.
Design and oversee the implementation of integrated IT solutions the different WS and ensure that these solutions are aligned with overall business objectives and regulatory standards.
