about-project :
As an Enterprise Architect you will ensure alignment between business strategy and IT solutions, drive architectural governance and safeguard the integrity of enterprise-wide architecture. You will be responsible for defining target architectures, assessing impacts across the business and technical ecosystem, and strengthening the role of architecture within the organization.
responsibilities :
Support 24 business domains in requirements gathering, scoping, and high-level design for a vast application landscape (4,500 applications, including 800 core systems).
Ensure smooth handover to solution architect teams for detailed design and implementation.
Drive transformation, governance, and risk management, aligning teams with the enterprise roadmap and strategic objectives.
Monitor business needs and secure architectural directives and decisions.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Maintain the quality of the enterprise architecture repository (e.g., HOPEX) and document the application landscape and its interdependencies.
Conduct impact analyses, pre-studies, and provide architectural recommendations.
Define and formalize target architectures, roadmaps, and capability/domain/system maps.
Lead and structure architecture governance (ARB) with IT and Business stakeholders.
Share a clear and concise vision of architectural activities, progress, and domain maturity.
Challenge and enhance existing processes, recommend methodological improvements, and promote best practices.
Facilitate cross-team coordination and contribute to the overall optimization of the Architecture function.
requirements-expected :
Experienced Enterprise Architect with a proven track record in large-scale, complex environments and with following qualifications:
Strong communication skills in:
English (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and tools (ideally HOPEX).
Ability to analyse, map, and design target architectures aligned with business objectives.
Excellent communication and governance skills, with the ability to engage both business and IT stakeholders.
Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and capacity to challenge and influence decisions.
Not required but highly valued: certifications in SAFe, TOGAF, or ArchiMate.
Readiness for a long-term commitment and openess to occasional travel to France.
