responsibilities :


  • Financial Application Portfolio Management: Provide comprehensive management and technical support for the complete finance and accounting application stack, including Infor M3 ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, and integrated financial reporting solutions
  • Infor M3 System Administration: Lead configuration, customization, and optimization of Infor M3 modules including Financials, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, ensuring seamless integration with business processes
  • Dynamics 365 Finance Management: Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration including financial modules, workflow management, and reporting capabilities
  • Technical Escalation Support: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex financial application issues from IT Operations and Help Desk teams, providing specialized troubleshooting and resolution
  • System Integration Management: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between financial applications and other enterprise systems including operations, procurement, HR, and business intelligence platforms
  • Production System Implementation: Lead implementation of new financial applications, system upgrades, and configuration changes while coordinating with stakeholders and minimizing business disruption
  • Financial Reporting & Analytics: Manage financial reporting systems and business intelligence tools to ensure accurate data consolidation, regulatory compliance, and executive reporting capabilities
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as primary technical contact for financial software vendors, managing support relationships, licensing, feature requests, and system upgrades
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with finance leadership to identify process improvements and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiency and financial controls
  • Change Management: Plan, test, and execute production system changes, updates, and patches while maintaining system integrity and minimizing impact to financial operations
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure financial applications meet regulatory requirements, support audit processes, and maintain proper internal controls for financial data integrity
  • User Training & Documentation: Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for financial applications while providing ongoing user support
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement comprehensive system monitoring and produce regular reports on application performance, utilization metrics, and system health
  • Disaster Recovery Planning: Maintain and test disaster recovery procedures for financial systems to ensure business continuity during critical financial periods
  • Security & Access Management: Manage user access controls, security configurations, and ensure compliance with financial data protection requirements

  • Required Experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise financial applications with demonstrated expertise in both Infor M3 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Proven track record as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for ERP and financial systems in enterprise environments
  • Experience providing tier 3/escalation support for complex financial application issues
  • Background in financial system implementations, integrations, and business process optimization
  • Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes
  • Technical Expertise
  • Infor M3 Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Infor M3 system architecture, financial modules, configuration management, and integration capabilities
  • Dynamics 365 Finance: Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, customization, workflow configuration, and reporting tools
  • Database Management: Strong skills in SQL Server, database administration, and query optimization for financial applications
  • Integration Technologies: Experience with APIs, middleware solutions, and data integration between financial and operational systems
  • Financial Reporting Tools: Knowledge of business intelligence platforms, financial reporting solutions, and data visualization tools
  • Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, or similar technologies for process automation and system management
  • Financial Domain Knowledge
  • Accounting Principles: Understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and accounting standards relevant to system configuration and reporting
  • Financial Processes: Deep knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and financial consolidation processes
  • ERP Functionality: Comprehensive understanding of ERP modules including procurement, inventory management, and manufacturing integration with financial systems
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit requirements, and financial controls in enterprise environments
  • Multi-Entity Operations: Experience with multi-company, multi-currency, and international financial operations
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Aviation Finance: Understanding of aviation industry financial requirements, aircraft asset management, and operational accounting (preferred)
  • Project Accounting: Experience with project-based financial management and job costing systems
  • Supply Chain Finance: Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain financial integration
  • Leadership & Communication
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to communicate with finance teams, executive leadership, and technical staff
  • Problem-Solving: Advanced analytical skills and systematic approach to complex financial application troubleshooting
  • Project Coordination: Experience managing system implementations and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Change Leadership: Skills in managing organizational change and user adoption of financial system updates
  • Vendor Management: Experience negotiating with software vendors and managing technical support relationships
  • Documentation: Ability to create clear, comprehensive technical documentation and user training materials
  • Preferred Certifications
  • Infor M3 Certified Administrator or Consultant
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar financial certification (preferred but not required)
