Enterprise Account Executive Eastern Europe

Role based in Warsaw, Poland. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director Eastern Europe (also based in Warsaw).

We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and results‑driven Enterprise Account Executive who is excited to contribute to a fast‑growing innovative company. Responsibilities

  • Delivering against revenue targets and all key performance metrics.
  • Generating new business opportunities on an assigned territory, managing pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting.
  • Managing the end‑to‑end enterprise sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies.
  • Establishing relationships with VP/C‑level buyers (Business and IT).
  • Developing and orchestrating sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in complex solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales and buying processes; high comfort with consultative sales methodologies.
  • Superb written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • 4‑year degree required, with technical curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian; good command of English would be an advantage.
