Duties and Responsibilities
- cooperate with Recruiting department and conduct evaluations of the English language of job applicants;
- cooperate with Recruiting department and conduct evaluations of the English language of Yalantis associates;
- cooperate with HrMarketing Department and conduct evaluations of the English language of course applicants;
- check the spelling of associates’ CVs on request by Staffing managers or Recruiters;
- check the spelling of texts and other articles on request by HrMarketing Department;
- prepare associates or job applicants for a client interview in English;
- develop educational plans and provide recommendations on how to improve English level;
- prepare or provide lectures, workshops or other educational events for teams or departments in Yalantis;
- hold external events for Yalantis Education (upon request).
Qualification requirements
- at least 2 years of experience as an English teacher;
- Advanced level of English or higher;
- good communication skills;
- an international certificate of English (such as IELTS or TOEFL) may be beneficial.
