Nomtek is a software development agency dedicated to creating mobile, and XR applications in a short time-to-market setup. Specializing in full-cycle product development, we put business outcomes first. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Tech Lead with a strong background in mobile development across platforms such as iOS, Android, Flutter, or React Native and familiarity with no-code/low-code solutions such as FlutterFlow. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in the pre-sales process, collaborating closely with the sales/growth team to analyze opportunities, design solutions, and prepare accurate project estimations.


Role & Responsibilities


Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture

  • Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate potential opportunities and define technical requirements.
  • Analyze client needs, propose innovative technical solutions, and prepare proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Lead the preparation of project scoping, budgeting, and time estimates, ensuring alignment with client expectations and technical feasibility.
  • Engage in calls, technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, helping to articulate the value of proposed solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, engineering and product teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.


Mobile Development & Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical expertise in mobile technologies (either iOS, Android or cross-platform solutions such as Flutter, React Native, or others).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in mobile development.
  • Act as a mentor and guide for a team of engineers ensuring that the knowledge and experience spread across different project teams.
  • Lead the development of mobile applications.
  • Lead code reviews, ensure best coding practices, and maintain high standards for performance, reliability, and scalability.


Requirements 

  • Proficiency in mobile application development in either iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native or other technologies.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code technologies for rapid prototyping and presenting optimized solutions to clients.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, pre-sales and the ability to assess and scope project requirements, prepare estimates, and support sales teams in technical discussions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding backend technologies, which can give you a holistic view of the technical problem (full stack development).
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and presentations.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (at least B2+ level, preferably C1).
  • Openness to jump on a call with the client from the USA in the afternoon or evening hours (if needed).
