We’re looking for an Engineering Tech Lead to guide our team in tackling high-scale, impactful challenges across our platform. In this role, you’ll leverage your deep technical expertise and sound judgment to steer critical projects, provide architectural direction, and elevate the work of those around you. This role is ideal for engineers who excel at using their technical expertise to drive impact—both through their own work and by guiding and inspiring others to achieve excellence.

Our Stack - React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL - while we dont require previous experience with the exact technologies, this is what you can expect to work with and youll need to get comfortable with

The role is based in our Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers who love solving impactful problems. • Technical leadership experience (Architect/ tech lead or similar roles)
