About the Role

• Lead and develop a team of System Engineers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Drive Agile practices and deliver high-quality system solutions
• Collaborate globally to overcome technical challenges and innovate
• Manage resource planning and team development aligned with business needs
• Build and maintain visual performance metrics for transparency and quality

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in people management and coaching
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a global organization

Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive systems engineering
• 3+ years of team management experience
• Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards
