We are looking for an Engineering Team Leader to drive the development and growth of the Salesforce Platform team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical and cultural direction of the Salesforce ecosystem, lead a major architectural transformation, and play a key role in defining and delivering solutions that will have a lasting impact across a growing organization.

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing Salesforce engineering teams, including strong hands-on experience in people management processes (performance management, mentoring, career development), driving architectural transformation, and fostering a collaborative Salesforce community across the organization.
• Deep knowledge in Salesforce (eg. Cloud, Apex, LWC), integrations, and data migrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with microservices-based architectures and external systems. Understanding of event-driven architecture in modern tech companies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, automated testing, and source control workflows supporting complex, multi-team release processes.
• Architectural expertise in scalable, modular, maintainable solutions; experience with reusable components and platform-wide best practices.
• Data-driven decision making, KPI monitoring, and alignment of solutions with business and product objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical decisions across teams and stakeholders.
