For our client we are looking for people to fill the position ofEngineering Team Lead.

What we expect

• Experience in developing back-end solutions in C# language on the Microsoft Azure platform (Azure SQL Database, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, KeyVault, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Working understanding of software development solutions and relevant technologies, toolsand architecture
• Working understanding of supporting tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps and so forth
• A solid understanding of banking systems and related reporting systems (preferably)

Your tasks

• Day to day management of relevant engineering team
• Ensures that the team delivers according to priorities and agreements
• Ensure the correct capacity and competences within the team to meet business and technical demand
• Lead and manage recruitment, skill and people development in the team
• People performance management and follow-up
• Ensure focus and follow-up on non-functional aspects of team systems (performance, security, throughput, latency etc.)
• Prepare input to reporting to authorized management on key indicators, achievements and capex
• Actively manage and continuously improve practices and development of team or area
• Ensure the team handles incidents according to priority and communicates with ECC and relevant stakeholders
• Periodic review (at least yearly) of compliance, with all relevant standards policies and procedures including reporting and confirmation of compliance status
• Ensure relevant controls are in place and operational to confirm effectiveness of compliance with policies and procedures
